You tap on the glass cautiously under a wide overhang with a few picnic tables under it. It's cooler in the shade from the awning than out in the sun but you aren't sure how to take on a quest at the new Koisk yet... Hence the tapping to get someone's attention.
The metal blinds go up behind the glass and you can see a couple of laptops on a small counter behind the window as well as several stacks of paperwork. The girl behind the glass smiles at you. You think she looks familiar... You ask if you've met her before.
"Hm? No... I'm pretty sure I'd remember someone like you. Maybe you met one of my cousins or sisters?"
Immediately you think of the Jennys and Joys... this must be a similar situation...
"My name is Jan. In fact, all my family members are named Jan. It's a name our great great great GREAAAT grandmother had." She smiled before motioning her hand over the countertop.
"Hello! Welcome to the Poke'Quest Koisk! Can I help you with something today?"

She seems a little nerdy but from the pile of papers she's already gone through you can tell she's a hard worker.
"If you have a request, there's a form you can fill out," she holds up a form, "Or of you'd like to take on a request, there's a whole bulletin board of them around the corner, updated daily. Let me know if you've got any questions."
She smiled then gasped. "Oh, I almost forgot... um when you put up a request you have to let me, the receptionist, or my co-worker, the mediator for disputes, know that you're opening up a request. Also let us know when you're closing it, so we can take it off the board and put it in a file."
The receptionist continues working and giggles. "Oh yeah... the mediator? He's the guy who deals with disputes about requests. If someone complains about a prize being delivered or there's an arguement about the completion of the request, he steps in and makes the final call."
She nods politely. "Well if you have anymore questions, please let me know!" Then her head once more bows over her paperwork.
