New Bark Town A small little town surrounded by woods, with the mountains to it's back. In this town is a prestigious Professor Elm, a man who has helped better pokedexes for many years. Cherrygrove This is small town that is used as a way point more than anything else. The only roads out of this town lead to either Violet City, or Mahogany City. Violet City Violet City is considered the first gym in all of Johto's gyms. Here is the Zephyr badge. Along with the gym Violet City is home to a pokemon academy and the mysterious Sprout Tower. Azalea Town The town often called Slowpoke Sanctuary due to the massive amount of wild slowpoke that infest the town. Goldenrod City Goldenrod is by far the largest city in all of Johto, as such it holds more attractions than any other city. Here is Johto's largest radio tower, a pokemon daycare center, a massive mall, and the Plain badge. With so much activity there is bound to be an equal amount of illegal dealings. Olivine City This is the largest port city in all of the region. As such the city has a large light house to call lost sailors home. In modern times that is not entirely necessary, yet the lighthouse is still upkept and used. There is also a very popular battle tower and the Mineral badge. Halfway Harbor This is a very small town between Olivine City and Cianwood Island. The town was once the group of islands known as the Whirl Islands, but roughly thirty years ago the islands were leveled and Halfway Harbor was founded. It's only real attraction is the "Ocean Dojo". |

Cianwood Island Cianwood is an island west of Johto. The small island is would never be visited if it were not for the Storm Gym. The reason for so many avoiding the pleasant island is the deadly waters that separate it from the mainland. Beyond the gym there is little to do at the island other than enjoy the seaside and legends of Lugia the islanders tell. Sub-board: Storm Gym |

Mahogany Town This town is known as the home of the ninja because centuries ago it housed many ninja clans that the town is still very proud of. The most notable landmark near the small town is the Lake of Rage, where hundreds of Gyradose reside. The only other attraction the town has is the Glacier Gym. Blackthorn City This is the northern most town of the Johto region. It is often called the Dragon City because of the massive amount of dragon pokemon that live in the harsh mountains nearby. As such the town holds the Dragons Den, a place where dragon trainers can better learn to handle their difficult pokemon. Here is the toughest of gyms, home to the Rising Badge. Hornblende City Hornblende is a city between route 45 and route 46. Because of it's odd location it is rather difficult to get to from most places, but is rather convenient for anyone leaving Blackthorn or anyone trying to brave the mountains.
